Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills
Graduate of a college of medicine or an accredited nurse practitioner program whose graduates are recognized as candidates for licensure by the regulatory authority issuing the license
Proof of nurse practitioner license
Clinician with license in good standing in the state where work is being performed
Nurse Practitioners must have current board certification
Proof of insurance
Candidates must be able to produce proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Utilization of the CourMed Concierge App during each accepted concierge visit
