- Within 30-days of purchasing your membership you will receive your personalized CourMed Concierge Purple Membership Card.
- A dedicated CourMed Concierge Manager will be assigned to your account.
- Once a busy professional has their personalized CourMed Concierge Purple Membership Card they can call (833) CourMed [833-268-7633] and their CourMed Concierge Manager will schedule services (typically within 3-5 days).
*Teeth cleanings are recommended to occur on the same day at the office location for multiple professionals.
