CourMed® announces the Fall 2026 release of The Oracle, a discreet biometric utility that turns everyday physiological data into a continous, governed record for Private Health Office and Resident Privilege members.
In the world of high stakes finance and sovereign estates
We have long understood the concept of the black swan: a rare event that arrives without warning and reshapes everything after it. Portfolios are hedged against that possibility every day, with stop losses, diversification and oversight. The most vital asset in the estate has rarely been governed the same way. The Oracle is our answer to that gap.
Beyond the Wearable: The Institutional Utility
Consumer gadgets count steps and assign a wellness score. The Oracle is built to a different standard. It is a discreet sensor suite designed for the quiet luxury aesthetic of the world’s most exclusive residences, including Faena House in Miami Beach, Florida, where our Private Health Office maintains a presence. It is designed to be worn, not noticed.
Continuity, Not Snapshots
A single reading tells you very little. What matters is the pattern. The Oracle collects physiological data continuously and turns it into a structured record that the Private Health Office reviews with the member over time, the same way a family office reviews a portfolio: on a schedule, against a baseline, with someone accountable for what the numbers say.

The Five Modules of The Oracle
(Each module describes what the device senses and how a member uses the information. None of them diagnoses, treats or prevents anything.)
1. The Hemodynamic Module (cuffless sensing).
An optical sensor records resting cardiovascular rhythm and recovery trends through the day and night, with no cuff, no pump and nothing to remember. The member sees a steady picture of how their cardiovascular system responds to training, travel and rest.
2. The Metabolic Module (no needles, no strips).
Movement, sleep and overnight recovery data combine into a morning readiness view, so the member can see how rest, meals and travel shape their energy the following day.
3. The Autonomic Module (heart rate variability).
HRV is a well established measure of how the nervous system is recovering. The Oracle tracks it across days and weeks and shows the member when recovery is trending down, so a heavy schedule can be adjusted before it becomes a strain.
4. The Respiratory Module (overnight trends).
Sleep continuity and overnight respiratory trends are recorded quietly while the member sleeps, giving a picture of how well the body is resting.
5. The Recovery Module (guided breathing).
When the data shows a stress heavy day, the member can follow a short guided breathing practice from the device itself. No app, no notification, no audience. A simple, evidence informed way to close the loop between what the body is doing and what the member does about it.

What The Oracle is not
The Oracle is a wellness and monitoring tool. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat,
cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace the member’s physician or emergency services. When the data suggests something worth a clinical conversation, a member of the Private Health Office says so and helps arrange it.
A record that belongs to the member
Data collected by The Oracle belongs to the member and is held in accordance with HIPAA and
applicable law. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train anything outside the
member’s own record. Access is limited to the Private Health Office team assigned to that member,
and members can request a copy of their data or ask for its deletion at any time.
Mitigating the Black Swan
The body rarely announces itself. It reports, quietly, in trends and small deviations that become
visible only when someone is paying attention on a schedule. The Oracle is the instrument. The
Private Health Office is the attention.
Available Fall 2026, exclusively to CourMed® Private Health Office and The Resident Privilege
members.
